The Eastern Craft aims to bring the best of Polish and Eastern European craft beer, cider and soda to Denmark. Beta Boulders is a new lifestyle concept which blurs the lines between fitness, social and work life. We have recently opened our first facility in Copenhagen and we boost a modern state-of-the art bouldering gym, equipped with a cozy bar area, yoga studio and dedicated training room. We are close to Vanlose and Flintholm stations and with a surface of 1,800 square meters across three floors we are the largest space of its kind in Denmark and one the largest in Europe.

Danish user controlled food media.Our goal is to educate Danes on better eating habits and use new and old food techniques.We especially work with the sous vide technique, dry aging of meat, baking procedures and translate how the fancy restaurants recipes can be produced in the private kitchens.In the future we want to expand to other countries as well.

We started the company by developing products for the electrical industry which have been the basic activity of the company for now.  Now the company is turning towards developing IT software for a new market.  We are 2 people in the company and are both part-time. In the future one of us will be full time when the new project starts up.

BunkerTrust is an open rating platform on which buyers of marine fuel (called "bunkers") can rate the suppliers and the vessels supplying the receiving vessels. The bunker industry has always been very un-transparent which means that the suppliers and the supply vessels could cheat without being penalised. We are working hard to make this industry more transparent, to the benefit of the shipowners who are buying the bunkers, and to the benefit of the suppliers who are not cheating.   Hi, my name is Daniel. I was born and bred into shipping as my father started a shipping company more than 35 years ago. Now, my brother and I have taken over the shipping company and I am in charge of the daily operation. I have always been very interested in new technology and I am a keen advocate of disruption in shipping as this is a very traditional industry.  Most shipowners in this very traditional industry are struggling with their marine fuel deliveries, as it is very easy for the suppliers and delivery vessels to cheat without being penalised. Therefore I decided to start BunkerTrust, which basically increases the transparency in the industry by letting the shipowners rate the performance of the suppliers and delivery vessels (much like Trustpilot).  I am very passionate about this project and working hard with my team of developers to make it fly. Besides being a keen entrepreneur I am the father of two boys and married to my lovely wife, presently residing in Roskilde (about 20 mins by train from Copenhagen.)

Sense Analytics is a Copenhagen based startup, dedicated to helping capital-intensive companies utilize their existing data. We are currently commercialising our first product, which is an online platform targeted at water utilities.
