Symptoms has developed a digital patient-centred system for registering, compiling, and visualizing symptoms, functions and quality of life, and sharing those data with health care providers, in order to drive value-based, person-centred and equal healthcare. Symptoms allows patients to chart all of their symptoms, functions and quality of life using scientifically validated health questionnaires, as well as charting of symptoms using a three-dimensional manikin.
