MindApps develops tools to help people find a better balance in today’s increasingly stressful existence. We have a global target with users all over the world - currently we have users in more than 140 countries. Our product is a tool for anyone to deal with the fast paced environment that is our society, and to rewire inside yourself.The Mindfulness App is available on iPhone and Android and we are currently developing a new, subscription-based, business model.  We are a multinational team working hard to connect the digital world with self-awareness and meditation. Our team consists of mindfulness teachers from all over the world, developers, designers and yoga teachers. We respect each other’s different competencies and we value tolerance above anything else.At MindApps, we listen to suggestions from everyone on the team to make sure that everybody has an impact on the future of the company. Likewise, we also listen very carefully to our customers and base our features on their needs. We offer flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home even though most of us tend to be at the office. Sometimes we need to get out of the office to get inspiration and motivation, like for instance last week when we went to the Modern Museum. Before every meeting, we always have a meditation session (well, obviously).

Funder is a technical platform and advisory service for non-profits, providing them with the tools that they need for campaigns, fundraising, and selling. We have all the technology available in the cloud, but we also offer to coach on how to create a successful fundraising or sales campaign.We currently work with non-profit organizations, raging from charity, political, religious and sports organizations. We have around 50 customers, and we have done around 1000 campaigns for our customers. We need to be good, and we need to be creative. We believe in doing and being proactive. The most important thing for us is not to sell at all cost; we need to have a bit of heart in it too! We are doing what we are doing as we want to make an impact on the world.At Funder, we offer freedom and flexibility, but we want people on site to work together. Everyone is trying to do the best for the company to make it successful. We shift roles to increase learning, and people that are interested in working in other areas get the opportunity to do so. iobeam is a data analysis platform for the internet of things. Devices that are connected generate a lot of data and companies are struggling with what to do with the data, or how to use it. We focus on people that build IOT devices and wish to outsource the data analysis. We also provide databases targeted toward specific data to enterprises that already have tools themselves. We are a team of top researchers and experienced individuals based in NYC, Los Angeles, and Stockholm. Each office has its own core responsibility - such as back end in Stockholm and front end, business and sales in New York. We try to have a meeting in the afternoons when we manage to synchronize the time zone differences, and we usually organize two meetings a year in either NYC or Stockholm.We are all very self-driven individuals and most of us come from an academic background which inevitably shapes our culture. We are very informal and flexible in how we work, and we are all very self-reliant.

Attach aims to improve the way businesses communicate with each other by providing visibility around documents. Like Dropbox is synonymous with file storage, Attach aims to be synonymous with document sharing. At Attach we’re passionate about what we’re doing, but also how we’re doing it. We value freedom and responsibility, experimentation and learning, we make sure we celebrate both small and large victories, and most of all, we respect and support each other on the journey.One of us is working in San Francisco, and two of us in Stockholm, which makes us spend some time on Slack. We communicate daily and work towards our goals together. For us it is extremely important that every team member is involved in decision making and even though we have different responsibilities, we work as a team no matter if your core expertise is marketing or statistics. Every month we organize hackathons and a meeting. When we reach milestones we always celebrate and we know the value of relaxing and reflecting every once in a while.
